 (Troop 547); Installed a flag pole in memory of Andrew J. Habsieger at the Andrew J. Habsieger Park in Festus, adding brick walls and shrubs.


Benjamin Kirchner
 (Troop 29); Constructed a catch cage for the Wild Bird Santuary.


Blake Darnell
 (Troop 405); Installed a handicap ramp for the Liguori Mission House Chapel next to the steps to allow wheelchair access to the chapel.
