Jack Fancher
(Troop 412): Constructed a large planter's box from sculptured stone to improve the appearance of the Lonedell Elementary School sign.


Jon Ortmann
(Troop 407): Renovated the St. Pius X High School grounds by planting 30 trees, removing brush, and improved the condition of a large memorial garden.


Jason Steffens
(Troop 461): Restored and reconditioned the medical helicopter landing pad for the High Ridge Elks Lodge.


Jason Yung
(Troop 372): Constructed four large bird jump boxes to improve the living condition of birds for the World Bird Sanctuary.
